Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. 48 hours for damaged products. Please note that the consultations are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged then within 48 hours, contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return along with a photo of the product.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
